Electric knives

Electric knives have become a staple in homes for many years because of the convenience they offer. Chopping away at a tough piece of meat can ruin the aesthetic of a dinner spread, but an electric knife can produce beautiful cuts with very little effort.

Electric knives usually consist of a plastic handle and two serrated blades clipped together to provide more support while cutting through thick materials. When it’s turned on, a device moves the blades back and forth in a rapid saw-motion. The appliance is especially useful for the elderly or others who may have difficulty with manual knife-work.
