Obviously, a knife is a very useful instrument: They can be used as weapons, tools and cooking utensils, just to name a few of their functions. Although the best knives are subject to opinion, it’s widely-known that the sharpest knives are the safest.

The best knives are made of high-quality, stainless steel. A dull knife can break, slip off target and fail to cut food properly, all of which can lead to injury. When purchasing a knife set, it’s recommended to get a sharpener to keep the blades in working order.
